Bevagna is an Italian common in the province of Perugia, known for its precious paintings, so to be called "bevagne". It is among the most beautiful villages in Italy and among the orange banners. Traces of human settlements have emerged since the Iron Age and important archaeological finds confirm the presence of the Umbrian in the territory of the village. The first historical news about Bevagna coincides with the Roman conquest Umbria with the famous Battle of Sentino (295 a.C). Bevagna, in fact, was known as the Umbrian itinerary center and for its sheep-breeding and cattle breeding.
